      2.5 years experience-intermodal rail terminal,Poland,Cargosped.I have polish and english certificate for reach stacker (ITSSAR G4)

      working as a reach stacker (Kalmar and Fantuzzi) only in Poland.

      Avantages

      - lots of autonomy - fast paced - interesting global network - down to earth CEO - I personally love the culture

      Inconvénients

      Culture can be overwhelming for some people. There are high expectations to perform and also fit in. Some of the old guard do not want to change with newer management ( but seems to be working itself out)

      Avantages

      Always something to repair or maintain. Supervisors are understanding of family or personal needs. Great coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      Breakdown in communication between departments. High level employees have no idea how hard the production employees work.
