Depressing - Avis employé Claims Adjuster Allstate

I had never heard of "stress leave" prior to working there, but met many people who were on it/had just returned from it/in the process of getting on it. The arbitrary goals and obliviousness of managers set employees up for failure. Had an extremely negative impact on every area of my life. No work/life balance; had to work nights and weekends for a job that is considered to be "professional."
