      Allstate Canada délocalise actuellement la plupart des emplois de son siège social en Inde. À éviter absolument si vous tenez à la sécurité d'emploi et au respect. Licenciements constants à tous les niveaux de l'organisation. Salaires inférieurs à ceux de la concurrence. Attentes irréalistes et changeantes. Direction déconnectée de la réalité. La loyauté n'est pas récompensée, même par un emploi stable.

      Avantages

      Consistent, busy, and you get to help people through tough situations and educate others on what it means to be protective. I am set schedule M-F and off on weekends.

      Inconvénients

      Prices are a bit higher, and depending on how big your office is, you will be on the phone all day and feel drained afterwards.
