      Avantages

      Being a healthcare software product company you will get good exposure of healthcare software industry. Product based company so work load isn't much for developers but too much for project/program manager.

      Inconvénients

      Local managers are incapable of their position. People there for too long are either too good or just crap.

      Always a chance to change roles within the company.

      Inconvénients

      High turnover rate in the higher ups recently. Unstable state in company culture.
