Avantages
Not one I can think of. I don't even list this on my resume because I feel it drags down my resume. Not a quality management company.
Inconvénients
There was very minimal communication from on site staff and the corporate office. Managers were allowed to run wild essentially, with no rules or guidelines to follow on site. I reported my direct manager to corporate so many times for illegal activity, theft and causing a hostile work environment. I was told to deal with it and nothing changed. I ended up quitting due to the stress. I completed an exit interview and again stated why I was leaving. I found out 3 months after I quit, that the manager was fired. I wish they would have taken more action during my employment instead of forcing me to find a new job due to their lack of interest in the situation. They need to focus on their employees and actually train their managers or they will continue to be a revolving door of employees coming and going.
-Pay is embarrassingly low for industry standard. $13 is a joke.
-The apartment are so neglected. It's seriously so bad.
-Favoritism is very apparent since everyone at the corporate office is related. Run by the Allen family. Good luck with promotions if you are not related to the Allen's.
