      Avantages

      My experience was overall a good one while I worked here, however there was much restructuring of management and staff, which was a little unsettling. Promotion from within was common. Benefits were excellent and salary was higher than average for a nonprofit.

      Inconvénients

      Very top-down structure - too many managers and not enough staff to implement.

      Avantages

      Super friendly staff that was always willing to help me with my projects when needed. Staff always sought to include the interns in interesting events and activities so we could get the most out of the experience.

      Inconvénients

      High employee/management turnover rate made the experience somewhat disjointed at times.
