Avantages
Things are going really well – I have seen (and contributed to) the firm going through a lot of improvement over my tenure in all possible aspects. Many exciting new initiatives are lined up on the horizon. I strongly believe in this business, in its growth plans, and in the ability of my colleagues and me to realize that growth and make a lot of money together.
Inconvénients
Working at a growing company means that not everything is always fully enterprise grade yet – applies to hardware, software and trading alike. However, the plus side of that is that if you take up the challenge and successfully build things out, you learn a lot and you can have rapid career progression.
