      Avantages

      Co-CEOs are both strong and some people are smart, professional, and nice to work with. Some projects are really interesting and give good learning.

      Inconvénients

      But the company is evolving maybe too quick. Now there is too much focus on politics and looking inclusive, and less on real performance. Staffing feel sometimes not fair, not always the best person get the role. Culture is not same like before, and for some people this new direction maybe not feel right.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Inconvénients

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
