      Best client work, focus on really moving the needle, with senior management teams Fantastic team work with the best diversity of profiles, mix of industry background and consulting No mold but strong focus on entrepreneurship, some great leadership leading Industry Groups and involving junior consultants in growing the business; some marquis accounts with amazing work and project culture; fun and good team events

      Inconvénients

      Fast pace comes with the high impact urgent engagements, but the team spirit makes up for it

      - Long hours / heavy travel depending on the type of project (consistent with most consulting firms)

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Inconvénients

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
