      Avantages

      Interesting work, decent pay, values based with limited politics. Strong leadership

      Inconvénients

      Fair amount of travel but strong signs from management that this will balance out as we figure out the new normal.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Inconvénients

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
