      - Projects mainly focused on bottom-line optimization and restructuring, less strategic or revenue-growth - Career path not very well defined - Yearly evaluation and bonus based on qualitative data (subjectivity can play a factor), not on a clear quantitative and transparent assessment

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Inconvénients

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
