      Quite a bit of adjustment taking place as they transition into becoming a larger organization.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Inconvénients

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
