      Avantages

      High calibre colleages, great atmosphere, supportive culture where everyone is willing to help. Interesting, challenge, fast moving and varied work.

      Inconvénients

      Some internal processes are still immature, but this is more than outweighed by the lack of beaucracy.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Inconvénients

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
