They hold constant training's for you to learn from and develop yourself and your skill set, not necessarily new hire training, but training's to broaden your consulting skill set. New CEO is great and really wants to develop the firm into one of the best firms in the world.
Inconvénients
Management tends to be a black box, not a lot of transparency, in terms of staffing. Joined out of B School, and the learning curve is very steep and long but you are expected to be ready to go on day one. Constant anxiety and stress. Pulled into firm with no formal training and expected to perform to peak expectations. This is improving though as they have started implementing new initiatives for new hires. MDs tend to be very unforgiving, if you mess up on a project they tend to turn their backs on you and you are left struggling for staffing.
