      Smart people. Interesting engagements with opportunities to work on high profile cases. Good benefits and sense of family. Results oriented.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of direction within the firm. Lack of career guidance particularly at senior levels. Spotty communications.

      less hierarchal in nature than other consulting firms

      Inconvénients

      seen a lot of off-handed comments about directors from other managing directors in the presence of SVPs and VPs when an employee had put in notice. Not nice. not a very diverse place to work
