      Avantages

      -Good corporate culture, focused on employees and long-term prospects rather than short-term results. -Good pay -Approachable management

      Inconvénients

      -Secretive environment at times. Many changes in recent years, and information is communicated sporadically which leads to distrust from many employees. -Pay increases are incredibly subjective despite the rigorous annual process. You always feel like your manager is trying to blindside you in the evaluation process.

      Great people, great products, trying to get past some radical changes in culture.

      Inconvénients

      New arrogant leadership, nepotism, no direction, unrealistic view of their industry. Frat house management team.

      Product good Flex hours/work from home for some is open New head office Pension Can move unused vacation days to next year and build them in bank Good data and information available

      Dysfunctional leadership and management teams Company not moving in share after so many years Recent product launches in few years fail Many employees not happy but no one care, employees not respected No company culture Communication not good Many people quit this year
