They listen to the reviews of others who interview at Align and work at Align and make adjustments to make it an even better place to work. Align surveys internal employees, hiring manager, people who come onsite to interview, they are very open to feedback. As I mentioned above many people will hear your suggestions, but they don't always listen. Also they could do more recognition of their employees.
