Avantages
1) The work pressure or required hours are less compared to other firms like Quadeye, Mathisys
2) I am a fresher with no live strategy but I have heard they reward well from PnL if strategy works.
Inconvénients
1) Base pay is very less for a Quantitative researcher and compared to the efforts required. Only hope to earn well is to have a good strategy.
2) Infra is okayish, I won't say it is good. It takes time and effort in getting used to it.
3) It's a small firm and number of traders to learn from is less. But on the pro side, you also get the freedom to explore your own ideas.
