Avantages
Management are supportive and ensure that staff have a voice and are valued. A lot of emphasis on employee engagement including numerous social activities and get together to increase morale. Staff are knowledgeable in their domain and happy to share the knowledge. Very welcoming and trusting environment, allow people to work with autonomy to achieve the best result. Genuine passion for the product and the workforce.
Inconvénients
Tight deadlines often backed up, no real downtime between releases although this is being worked on. Adhoc requests can sometimes cause a domino effect and delay, although this is well managed and communicated throughout the business.
