Everyone in this company works hard, they care about their employees. There is overtime, hours are flexible and work is steady.

The only cons I see is that it is hard to find good employees, ones that want to work. They say they want a job, show up for a couple of days or hours then quit without notice. Then they blame the company, I think that is not professional.

Good opportunity to gain hands-on security experience and build professionalism on the job. The work can be straightforward, and some sites are quieter and easier to manage than others. It can be a solid position for someone who wants to get experience in the security field, stay active, and develop communication and observation skills.
