Avantages
Work from home and all the tools are provided. Training for the position is very extensive. Some of the people you meet are very nice, others not so (very self involved).
Inconvénients
Work from home - can be very lonely for a person that thrives on having co-workers around to quickly interface with and ask questions. They thrive in an old world work practice - be in your seat by start time, can not leave until your shift is over, ... They really need to re-think how they treat their employees or once an employee see's that another company offers more advanced work ethic they will leave. The software they currently sell is sooooo behind the curve, using very old IBM hardware to try and drive the new enterprise world, when there are other applications out there that blow the pant off of what they sell.
