Avantages
Good pay for a part time job, great if you're a student or not looking for a career, you only have to work about 4 hours per day minimum and it's very easy work! Free dental. Tons of vacation AND sick leave. Can work at different branches if you need more hours for a little income boost.
Inconvénients
LOTS of red tape, promotions are almost impossible, union membership is mandatory but doesn't do much, and there is very little autonomy or room for growth. They refuse to make anyone full time, so benefits (what little there are) are ridiculously expensive just for basic health care. 401k not offered.
