Perspective commerciale
Avantages
insurance is pretty good, all major holidays off, they are flexible about time off and depending on the job the ability to work from home. Many employees have been there 10/15+ years so their knowledge of the market and equipment is very interesting and helpful at times.
Inconvénients
Many employees are very close chested with what they do since they have been there so long which can make training and helping with the workload difficult. Job duties cross departments, communication between departments is lacking, operating system is technologically obsolete and leads to many inefficiencies in every department, HR exhibits very unprofessional behavior, little opportunity for personal growth or development.
