      Avantages

      Autonomy of position. Well known company and product.

      Inconvénients

      If the customers only knew how disjointed and poor the communication is among upper management is they'd be shocked. Not very cutting edge in marketing and falling behind in market. Movement in decision making is glacial.

      Fantastic place. Not stressful. I learned a lot working here. Very nice people.

      The free time can get a little boring.

      Avantages

      -Fairly Laid back if you can stay on top of things -Nobody chasing you around micro-managing you -Seems like a stable job -Could’ve led to an actual long term career job had I not decided to move on

      Inconvénients

      -Really hot -chemical smell (is it bad for me?)…maybe? -when things are going wrong, it can be difficult to find the right people to correct it which is frustrating (but that’s nearly every quality job I've worked tbh)
