-Very toxic environment full of nothing but people trying to please their managers by giving them personal favours and services. -If you are just willing to work and do your job, you will suffer; everything here is based on friendship, relationships, and nothing more. -Employees are very limited in terms of knowledge, if you are trying to learn something new or to add somthing, this ain't the right place. -Top managers are just good at firing loyal employees, you will find everyone around you, even old employees getting fired because of their nationalities - non-Saudians - -Even if you have a Phd in AI, this is not important for them, you will be treated in a very bad manner, and you will be threatened to get fired since day 1. -Salaries are lower than the market. -Top managers are not making decisions based on studies; they are just taking emotional decisions based on their moods.
