They will not give you answers but guide you to finding answers on your own. No matter how much time it takes for you to figure out. - The senior team members are always available. I clearly remember an instance when once the CTO had gone to attend his friend's wedding. But, a junior developer was not able to resolve an issue, the CTO got on a call while on vacation and helped the team mate :) - Nobody is looked down upon in Akrity. Inconvénients
1. Many freshers that were hired thinking that they should be given an opportunity to be Engineering Leaders did not appreciate it and behaved very unprofessionally. 2. This is not a con but every organisation has its own priorities given the situation and the place the company is in. It is fairly possible to get those priorities wrong at times. It is only human.
