Avantages
Exceptionally innovative product that still has no parallel in the industry - combining identity security needs for machines, AI agents and humans. People are great to work with and care about each other. Hard conversations are handled with respect and mutual understandings. Yet to find a person who has not helped when I need something.
Inconvénients
Being early to market in categories that are still immature requires heavy lift in terms of GTM. There still isn't a category for all the capabilities the platform delivers ranging from Secrets Management, Modern PAM, AI Agent Security, NHI federation, Encryption, KMS, CLM etc. For most part all these are still standalone products in the larger market. I think the market will change as identity security platformization takes hold but is currently a challenge that the that a startup at this stage needs to work through.
