      Co-workers are very easy to work with and work well together Company spends a lot of money on outside activities (Christmas parties, family fun days...)

      Inconvénients

      Management (lack there of) Company doesn't invest in their best asset, their employees

      Avantages

      The best thing to ever happen to that company .. they let go after 20 years and yes , they had something to do with it.

      Inconvénients

      *Does not know how to treat their employees *tenure means nothing to them *management will smile in your face and talk about you to other management/employees *micro-managed
