      Avantages

      Diverse mission set. Opportunities to flow to new jobs.

      Inconvénients

      Insane amount of bureaucracy. Very challenging to accomplish real goals in a timely manner. Leadership often tries to force standardization upon totally different mission sets.

      Inconvénients

      The figurative red tape can get quite thick and multi-layered. Advancement is also not a clearly defined path unless you're using the role to buy Time In Grade.
