      My Co-workers were nice, that's about it.

      Inconvénients

      Do not value employees. Skips out on pay. You have to threaten to quite in order to get a raise.

      This company allowed a lot of autonomy as long as the revenue was coming in.

      Inconvénients

      There was some definite favoritism going on, where some guys were handed opportunities and others were on their own.
