      Avantages

      Great culture of young people, company got called out for being racist and really tried to work on that, decent healthcare

      Inconvénients

      Massively overworked with hardly any pay. Everyone is expected to stay on late, with most people working 8am to 9pm everyday. The way is so minimal in my time there almost everyone left for higher paying jobs without such ridiculous hours. Also good luck ever taking time off, you are expected to work late and weekends to make up for any time you take off.

      Avantages

      Awesome benefits package, flexible work environment, work alongside some of the most positive, talented, and fun people ever. Work and projects are constantly changing so if you thrive in that type of environment, this is a great place for you.

      Inconvénients

      Went through some pretty harsh changes over the last few years which had an impact on culture and morale. Slowly gaining footing again and establishing a new and better culture and identity for the agency. Compensation can be on the lower end of market average but still pretty fair.
