      Avantages

      Good work life balance. Encourage virtual working which is great if you have a family. XRX Tech people are actually pretty good and are slowly fertilising Services.

      Inconvénients

      Stumbling from quarter to quarter. Morale awful. Furloughs, travel bans, general cheapness etc are choking the life out of the organisation. Staff have given up caring & are looking for somewhere else to work. ........................

      Some incompetent people in leadership positions Decisions were made to appease leadership instead of customers
