Avantages
Set your own hours. They give you an iphone and a nice computer. There is a lot of freedom to succeed in the ways that you want to. Pretty decent salary for an entry level position. Great way to build sales skills and build organization skills. They will compensate you for travel and three meals per day and all office supplies. It's great to work with teenagers that really want to go to the school, you get to be the one that makes it happen for them.
Inconvénients
The goals can be unrealistic because someone in New England will have the same "acceptance rate" goals (read sales quota) as someone in Virginia Beach...the school is located in VA, so obviously more kids from that area will be considering attending.
This is a sales job, don't let anyone fool you. I thought I was going into a posistion where I would be able to help kids make great decisions. Instead, I was gently prodded to have kids railroaded into a college application even if it wasn't the best fit for them.
