      Avantages

      Some lovely staff that are a pleasure to work with. Free coffee and a cafe next door.

      Inconvénients

      Overworked and horrendously underpaid. Toxic environment. Awful, backward, and out-of-date management. 6 members of staff from various roles left within 8-9 months. Conversations can't be longer than 2 sentences They'll employ unqualified and incompetent people and pay them the same amount as someone who is the right fit for the job and career.

      Inconvénients

      Not a lot of opportunity for commission. Expensive product, very niche. Not easy to generate new business due to this. External sales trainer was probably the worst person I have ever met. Learned nothing from them the entire time I was there. Micromanagement is constant Completely inflexible. Expected unpaid overtime. Judged quality of work by the amount of time you were sat at your desk. Mandatory lunch break at 1pm

      Avantages

      When I started, the company was already in transition to a more modern business model. There has been a change in management in certain areas, the work is exciting and modern, and there are now excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

      Inconvénients

      Currently, the business is fully onsite, but there is the flexibility to work from home when needed. Hopefully, that will change in the near future.
