      Avantages

      Sydney CBD office location is next to Wynyard, easy commute. Free snacks.

      Inconvénients

      Founders are toxic and always blame others for their failures. The norm is to lie to everyone, starting from employees and ending with customers. Everything is just PR to get more funding and spend it in the most irresponsible way. Products are cool, but they are not wanted by anyone. They promised promotions and a bonus, but in reality all I get is more workload and a fraction of the bonus once a year. I'm searching for a new job.

      Avantages

      - Strong team communications and comraderie to conquer technical challenges - Exciting product line, applications and large growth goals - Your work matters (previously worked at large defense company with a lot of paper-pushing)

      Inconvénients

      - Developing structure for documents and SOP - Enticing to work more hours during the week :-) - Lots of variability (dynamic work environment, great for some)

      Avantages

      The team at Advanced Navigation was wonderful in terms of the recruitment process. They were very professional and efficient and made it easy to get through the process.

      Inconvénients

      The recruitment team is in Sydney so there is a major time difference to deal with. If you are in the USA you may have to take some interviews in the evening USA Time.
