Avantages
Great atmosphere, great benefits, family atmosphere, privately owned, owners return profits as investment into equipment, technology and bonuses. Many of the negative reviews are from people who left before business re-org or were let go because they were under performers. Can't please all the people all the time. They try to promote from within, it doesn't always happen as fast people want it to. The company believes in manufacturing in the USA and does everything in house. Almost no contractors, 99% permanent hire. Many have been here 10-20 years as I have. AMC must be doing something right. I have worked in very large aerospace companies and small companies, with a few more GOOD employees AMC will be right sized. They give each hire significant consideration so there aren't layoffs of people that can perform. Very accommodating with time off to take care of self and family.
