Furthermore, the organisation's technological infrastructure is lacking, with outdated systems in place and a limited number of individuals possessing the necessary operational knowledge of the laboratory. These few individuals find themselves overburdened and facing significant pressure. It is regrettable to note that, despite these challenges, the employees themselves are indeed commendable and amiable.
