      Avantages

      As a small firm, the management are very friendly, caring and supportive. The company is very specialized in NDE and pavement design. One could get involved in different tasks within the company work areas.

      Inconvénients

      Not much honestly. There are shortcomings but such problems exists in any firm of this size and it is not specific to AID.
