We are sorry to hear that you feel we don't have a lot of givebacks to the employees. Outside of our holiday celebrations, we do have a great recognition program that we encourage all employees, supervisors, and managers to utilize as a way to give each other a pat on the back for a job well done.

      Avantages

      Aftech knows that we all have lives outside of work and they are very good about working with you on this. Daycare hours didn't sync with my working hours so Aftech worked with me on my schedule to help accommodate ... huge plus for a single parent! I also like that they promote from within the company, experience and hard work payoff here.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are decent but could be better, insurance is costly.

      Thank you for the positive review! We do take pride in and strive to be as flexible with our employees as possible. We fully understand the need of a work/life balance. We are sorry to hear you feel the insurance is costly. We do offer a great Wellness Program that cuts employees premiums and is absolutely free to participate in.
