      Dynamic work environment. Training and resources for self-paced learnings. Marketing suite, advertising tools.

      Inconvénients

      This culture isn't being nourished, and it isn't about people. Local executive team has lost confidence and trust because it actively vocalizes to its management team that people are expendable.

      Avantages

      I learned so much about digital marketing and media while there including about display ads, paid search, paid social, and content marketing. They are a super casual and friendly company, but very hardworking and dedicated to growing.

      Inconvénients

      The company is remote so it was a bit harder to fully connect with my coworkers and clients. It was a good challenge to think of ways to put myself out there more though.
