When they make a mistake, it's ok because everyone makes mistakes. They cover it up like no one made a mistake. As much as you try to include everyone and work as a team, the previous group does not want to be any part of it. It's there way or the highway. If you are looking at working for the Austin, TX department, STAY AWAY. You will be promised something that will never happen. You will leave feeling worthless with no advancement in your career. It's not worth your state of mind.
