Avantages
Great people who are smart, work hard but try to have a sense of balance between work and personal life, and opportunity to work on great products.
Inconvénients
As with any high tech company, tech managers are promoted just to fill the position, and are not pushed to develop into a professional manager. They are just techies that are now managers, and are not thinking like managers, at least not as highly effective managers.
