      The only con is not a con in this industry. That there is work to be done. The product is solid and already gathering a lot of interest. The work is planned thoroughly and leadership will collaborate with you precisely and transparently.

      Avantages

      Full of amazing people that really want the best for their customers, team, and everyone involved. Many people willing to help and listen even if it's outside their work umbrella.

      Inconvénients

      With things in flux sometimes people are lost between the cracks in various ways. Not real great with dealing with thoughts and ideas outside of the area management is trying to put momentum, and that can lead to people ending up in the cracks.
