      Avantages

      Flexibility to work remotely, the company provide me the necessary tools to work at home and in different workspaces near my home. Opening to comment about new ideas to implement in the company, recognition of efforts and achievements.

      Inconvénients

      We have a few personal interactions between the members of the different teams. Sometimes it is necessary to know how to handle frustration by processes that are not yet well defined.

      There isn’t any pros for Adext Ai!

      Inconvénients

      The company itself is a sham! I was recruited by a recruiter about a year ago and they said it was extremely legit and all that stuff. But when I start to work there I realize that they don’t use Ai and when I applied they said I didn’t need any past experience. Their company doesn’t use any type of Ai and it’s just random people with no experience or knowledge in the field doing to work.
