Avantages
This company is great for people who do not want to deal with hierarchy in the work place. Everyone checks their ego at the door and works together for a common goal. It is truly a family dedicated to delivering good work. Also they are very much invested in keeping good employees and have an excellent professional development sense of commitment to their employees.
Inconvénients
There is some travel involved in this position, however the travel itself is not that bad but if you are someone who is not autonomous and does not like to travel alone this position is not for you.
