      Avantages

      There is no reason to join this company. Unemployement is much better than their employement.

      Inconvénients

      Company first recruit in bulk, after a month, they terminate whosever on probation period, and ask resignation from those who are not on probation period. Many of employee facing the same phase. Do not join the company, I repeat, never join.

      Avantages

      Seniors and managers are good. learn new things.

      Inconvénients

      The company is very volatile, and discussions keep changing frequently. Layoffs happen every year during the appraisal period.
