      Avantages

      Overall AddUp Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is a nice place to work. The majority of the team is engineers, they are all work-focused and friendly. Fair pay and terms.

      Inconvénients

      The Marketing supervisor likes micromanaging the associates, is not inspiring and demotivating, expects perfection, and thus sets unreasonable goals. It felt not like a marketing lead role but more like a dictatorship. There was no "we," only "I want," "I expect," etc.

      Working for a foreign owned company can be very difficult, especially when they do not understand the US market
