Avantages
The best reason I have to work for Adam Block Design is that it gets you to open up to people on your campus and build an awesome reputation for the company. I've loved getting contacted by people ready to start an order and them saying that they were recommended to me by another organization! It is such a great feeling!! The commission is also pretty great. You get out of it what you put into it! The extra money helps especially around the holidays.
Inconvénients
Since I'm not near the headquarters, it can be a little difficult only communicating through email or phone with your manager. Management is great, but sometimes things can be fairly urgent!
