We work with exciting, emerging technology and there is lots of room for growth. Great resume/experience builder and you get to work with a lot of smart people. We are also in Fremont, which is a great Seattle neighborhood to be in.
Inconvénients
Compensation is lower than average because this is a start-up environment. There can be a lack of support from management, although this is getting better. There are no training programs to speak of for new hires.
