Avantages
My HR Consultant is very nice and knowledgeable. He communicates with me all of the time. I am able to telework, but that's moreso because of my placement.
Inconvénients
The PTO sucks. The insurance also sucks. It seems like my plan barely covers anything. There doesn't seem to be any room for growth and there is lack of communication between AdNet, the contractors, and the placement site. I often feel like I do not get the same treatment as full-time/permanent employees at my placement site even though I do the same work as them. When I interviewed for this job, I also wasn't informed that there was a possibility that AdNet would not be accepted by the placement to be the contracting agency. That places the jobs of contractors in limbo and we are expected to find new jobs within a month or hope that the new agency brings us on and that the pay and benefits will be the same or better. I wouldn't work here again.
